LHDN Malaysia has announced that taxpayers will be granted relief from penalties related to e-invoice transmission delays if the MyInvois system experiences disruptions, failures, or outages on or after March 18, 2025.
The Director General of Inland Revenue will assess cases individually, and if taxpayers can provide evidence of their efforts to comply, no action will be taken for delays caused by system issues.
